    • ILN issues Tornado Warning [tornado: RADAR INDICATED, hail: 0.00 IN] for Clinton, Highland [OH] till 9:45 pm EDT …AT908 PM EDT, A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO WAS LOCATED OVER LYNCHBURG, MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

    • (9:10 PM) Circulation likely to pass between Lynchburg and Russell.

    • (9:11 PM) Tornado debris signature now noted on radar.

    • (9:11 PM) NWSBOT ILN continues Tornado Warning [tornado OBSERVED, hail: 0.00 IN] for Clinton, Highland [OH] till 9:45 PM EDT …AT 9:45 PM EDT, A CONFIRMED TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR LYNCHBURG, MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH

    • (9:11 PM) Passing between Lynchburg and Russell.

    • (9:12 PM) Tornado likely started near US-50 moving northeast

    • (9:16 PM) Circulation weaking and debris signature is not as clear. Likely another brief tornado. Will provide an update to the warning if trends continue.

    • (9:18 PM) NWSBOT ILN continues Tornado Warning [tornado RADAR INDICATED, hail: 0.00 IN] for Clinton, Highland [OH] till 9:45 PM EDT …AT 924 PM EDT, A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR NEW VIENNA, MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
