prior to booking an equipment request.
Public Speaker: We ask that you submit your speaker request 30 days in advance of your event. We may not be able to accommodate short notice speaking engagement requests. Thank you.
Booth Presence: We ask that you submit your booth request 30 days in advance of your event to allow scheduling and deconfliction if not during normal business hours.
Exercise Drill: We ask that you submit your drill request 30 days in advance to allow for scheduling, scoping, and any related coordination/notifications.
Note: If your organization is using HSEEP standards for State or Federal credit, please ensure sufficient time for required planning and coordination meetings, document development, and identification of evaluation staff. Depending on size and objectives, normal lead times range from 6 to 12 months.
Tents: Restricted for local government or not for profit organization use only. Use of 10x10 pop-up tents (with sidewalls) are available on a first come, first use basis. A Tent Agreement is required prior to use of an EMA provided Tent. Agreement Link.
Light Towers: Restricted for local government or not for profit organization use only. Use of Portable Light Towers are available on a first come, first use basis. Normally, transport of the lights are provided by EMA if coordinated in advance. A Light Tower Agreement is required prior to use. Agreement Link.
FRS Radio Kit: Restricted for local government or not for profit organization use only. Use is available on a first come, first use basis. FRS Radio Kit requires a signed agreement prior to use. Agreement Link.
Computers: Restricted for local government use only. Use is available on a first come, first use basis. Computer use requires a signed agreement prior to use. Agreement Link.
